By accessing or using the Metchi app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Metchi. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms
• Treat other users with respect and not harass, abuse, or deceive anyone
• Not impersonate others or use fake or misleading profile information
• Not circumvent the app’s payment or safety features
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the community.

4. Services and payments

Metchi is a platform that connects clients with companions. We facilitate discovery, communication, and payments. All agreements for services are between users; Metchi is not a party to those agreements. Payments are processed in accordance with our payment and refund policies. Fees, taxes, and payouts may apply as described in the app.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. You may not post content that infringes others’ rights or that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. We may remove content that violates our policies.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or for any agreements or disputes between users. You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metchi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metchi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
